A week later and Kent St (13-3) beat #2 Miami (Ohio) (9-4) yesterday and are looking for a sweep to take control of the East. Stuyton 8HR 58RBI .390 avg and Ball St (11-5) hold a one game lead on NIU. Ball St is at NIU in the final series of the regular season May 19 &20.
