AAC: #usf 42 #uconn 27. Coach Taggart continues to dismiss his naysayers. I was spot on about Flowers(16 CAR, 157 YDS, 3 TD) herding the #usf Bulls to victory. #Shireffs threw for 306 yards and two TD for UConn.CUSA: I was correct on a one point victory but picked the wrong team #mtsu. Brent Stockstill MTSU(42-54, 434 YDS, 3 TD) had a great game, but #wku rushing game led by Anthony Wales
(27 CAR, 158 YDS, 3 TD) won out 44-43 thanks to a blocked PAT in OT
MAC: #wmu 41 #akron 0 I was correct on #wmu but didn't foresee Akron's lack of zip. #JarvionFranklin WMU (33 CAR, 281 YDS, 1 TD)
MWC: #UNLV had a solid final five minutes with Lexington Thomas scoring on a 34-yard TD run and Pantels kicking the go-ahead field goal . #unlv 41 #hawaii 38. Hawaii QB #drubrown was solid in a losing effort. My one incorrect pick this week.
SunBelt: Manning to Boyd GAS connection was great but Silvers, the Troy QB, tossed two fourth quarter TDS for a Troy 31 GAS 21 victory.
Definitely a toss up in the CUSA game. That should be a good one. Thinking the winner will be playing in the Championship game.
