#Herd definitely needs work. The talent is there to win the conference. However, the upgrade in CUSA coaching staffs will add to the challenge! Doc's staff are recruiters and besides the D coordinator aren't great with game day adjustments. Once again, especially under Doc, the team overall is young (45 FR, 21 SO, 26 JR, 14 SR). Doc has trouble keeping players for their SR years. This is a crucial year for Doc n company. A losing record may get him fired.

DeleteMTSU needs to get the D rolling. I think they hired a new D coordinator...reserve the right to be wrong.
